I tried to log on to MediasonicUSA.com and was redirected to Mediasonic.CA which hasn't been updated for about 1 year.
The SW on my HW is dated August 2014 but no mention of it on the CDN web site.

Anybody know where I can get an Antenna Direct DB8 for least than $100 in the GTA.  All vendors seem to be priced at $100.  Any sales anyways

The first link you posted is not even an Antennas Direct DB8 but rather a cheap Digiwave 8 bay antenna which many people claim is junk and poorly constructed.  The second link you posted is of an Antennas Direct DB8 but from a U.S. based retailer which is selling it for $99.99 USD which is about $125 CAD with the current exchange rate.
