Added G & E chinese channel from the U.S. on SatMex 6 @ 113W Ku-band
Moved 3 Univision services from Anik F3 @ 118W to SES 2 @ 87W C-band

Changed transponder for CTV services on Anik F1R @ 107.3W C-band from 4140 to 4020. All other parameters remain the same.

Added Live Well Network East HD and Live Well Network West HD on Galaxy 16 @ 99W C-band

Added new CTV services on Anik F1R @ 107.3W C-band which includes CFCN HD, CFQC HD, CFRN HD, CIVT HD, CKCK HD, CICC SD and CIPA SD. All of these services are on transponder 4140 Vertical 30000 DVB-S2 8PSK.
