About sworn translations
« on: August 20, 2019, 05:38 pm »

The sworn translation is usually accompanied by a declaration of the translator, with his signature and seal, which certify the validity of the document guaranteeing the veracity of the content. A sworn translation can be considered official, which means that it has the same degree of validity as a notarial deed. It should be noted that not all translators can do this type of work, only sworn translators-interpreters are qualified for it. In order to carry out this process, they must take an official examination which will award them the title of sworn translator.
