Title: [NEWS] RTS Serbia frequency and MPEG4 changes

Serbia's national broadcaster, RTS Satelit, has upgraded the transmission format it uses for their Free To Air channel located on the Galaxy 19 satellite from MPEG2 to MPEG4 in order to provide a higher quality service.

This means that in order to continue receiving RTS Satelit, you will need to ensure your FTA satellite receiver supports MPEG4.

Please note that the tuning parameters for RTS Satelit have also changed and are now as follows:

Satellite: Galaxy 19 @ 97 degrees West
Transponder: 12084 Mhz
Polarity: Vertical
Symbol rate: 22000
Modulation: DVB-S MPEG4

Uzmite u obzir da parametri prijem za RTS Satelit na području Sjeverne Amerike (SAD i Kanada) sada mijenja se i glasi:

Satelit: Galaxy 19 @ 97W (isto kao prije)
Frekvencija - ПРИЈЕМНА ФРЕКВЕНЦИЈА: 12.084,00 MHz.
Polaritet - ПОЛАРИЗАЦИЈА: Vertical (ВЕРТИКАЛНА)
Učestalost simbola: 22000
Format - СТАНДАРД : DVB-S MPEG-4

Kako je format prijenosa promijenio iz MPEG-2 u MPEG-4, neko koristite stariju standardne definicije MPEG-2 satelitski prijemnik će morati kupiti novu HD satelitski prijemnik koji podržava MPEG-4.
