DrSat,
The "AzBox miniMe American Edition" indeed does 422? I am reading the specifications on your website correctly right?

Yes, the AzBox miniMe American Edition supports ALL of the same formats as the previous generation AzBox Elite, Premium, Ultra and Premium Plus models including the most coveted 4.2.2 chroma format.

On the AzBox miniMe American Edition's signal analyzer as shown below, we can see that this studio quality feed uses a high bitrate of approximately 36400bps or 36.4Mbps which is double the maximum bitrate of an ATSC OTA broadcast.

For me the CBS OTA station is just beyond my reception range, it is sure nice to have the AzBox to pick up the satellite feeds. The 10' dish works really well. I had asked about the mini me several months ago regarding the 422 capability, but was never answered so I took for granted the answer was "no".

4.2.2 support was listed on the AzBox miniMe American Edition's specifications since it was first released. The above screen pictures prove that it does in fact support it. All dealers were out of stock for a bit over 2 months due to the demand of this unit as it is the only current consumer grade STB model with full hardware 4.2.2 support.
